Cancellation policy

The ordered date of the consultation is mutually binding. If you decide to cancel the booked date for some reason, you can of course do so by phone or in writing. However, if you cancel the booked appointment less than 24 hours before the agreed consultation or do not come to the meeting, you will pay for the session in full.
