You are used to giving everything and sacrificing much to your training. Your body is able to perform extraordinary performances and achieve set goals. In some situations, particularly often during a race stress or at a time of turbulent change in your life, it happens that even though you are physically ready to perform, your head strikes. You will realize the blocks that prevent you from giving the performance you want. Inadequate motivation may be to blame - you want more than you need to. Or you're not in the right mood you need to perform. In short, to achieve maximum performance, you need to get that optimal mental state and thus benefit from training hours at the right time. I'll help you with that.

 

Mental training prepares you for stressful competition situations, allows you to get to know yourself and how to get rid of what limits you, and use your strengths in both competition and training.

Physical readiness is only part of the winner's equipment, because only the one who can give his best at the most right time can win.
